1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 26phwin ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 26phwin website located at https://26phwin.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms incorporate by reference the 26phwin Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 26phwin, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

26phwin reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised criteria.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 26phwin platform. The existence of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual, regardless of the name, mobile number, payment method, or device used, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 26phwin account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
• Notify 26phwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 26phwin account, whether or not authorized by you. 26phwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

26phwin accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.

By depositing funds into your 26phwin account, you represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• You are not engaging in any transaction that would violate the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) or any applicable Philippine financial regulations.

All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing player. 26phwin does not charge deposit fees on standard GCash and Maya transactions; fees may apply on some alternative payment channels as disclosed in the Cashier.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 26phwin in writing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.

26phwin targets a standard processing time of 30 minutes or less for GCash and Maya withdrawals following verification of the withdrawal request. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. 26phwin does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals may be withheld or suspended pending identity verification (KYC) if:

• The player has not previously completed identity verification and the withdrawal exceeds applicable threshold amounts.
• 26phwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus attached to the account has not met its applicable wagering requirements.

Funds in your 26phwin account do not accrue interest. Dormant accounts (no login for 180 consecutive days) may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance. 26phwin will provide at least 30 days' notice before activating dormancy fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

26phwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, bingo, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated offer period, and bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated bonus validity period, will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: 26phwin reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system — including through the use of systematic betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 26phwin platform operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panels.

26phwin does not guarantee any specific outcome, win, or profit from any game. All gaming results are random and independent. Past results do not influence future outcomes. Players acknowledge the inherent risk of loss associated with all real-money gaming activities.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, connectivity interruptions, or display errors — 26phwin reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wager. Bets placed during a documented system fault shall not be honored if doing so would result in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 26phwin platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited and wagered.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your account.

Where 26phwin has reasonable grounds to believe a prohibited activity has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze funds pending investigation, and report the matter to applicable Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

26phwin is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following tools without restriction or waiting period:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control gaming expenditure.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts and enforced session breaks after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which further gaming is restricted for the period.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from the 26phwin platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality check: Periodic on-screen notifications showing elapsed session time and net win/loss position.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

26phwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• A player has been found to be underage or has provided false age or identity information.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
• 26phwin is required to do so by order of a Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
• A self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order is in effect for the player.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance after applicable deductions will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and confirmation that no funds are subject to investigation, chargeback dispute, or applicable legal hold.

Players may voluntarily close their 26phwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations; any bonus-derived winnings that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 26phwin, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds attributable to factors beyond 26phwin's reasonable control.

26phwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 26phwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 26phwin platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive property of 26phwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of 26phwin.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 26phwin from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

15. Amendments to These Terms

26phwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 26phwin will provide at least 14 days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number.

Continued use of the 26phwin Services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
